Created by Law 2020-09 of April 23, 2020, the Haut-Commissariat à la Prévention de la Corruption (HCPC) is an independent national institution with a key mission: to prevent corruption in all its forms, promote integrity in the management of public affairs and support the ethical transformation of Beninese society. It is part of the vision of a modern, responsible state that respects democratic principles, where transparency, accountability and justice are not slogans, but real commitments.
